Manditory Awesome!

Well heres an update on the past few days.
Lets begin with Friday...
Usually I head down to St. Andrews to jam on Friday nights. This Friday was different. Mike, Evan, and Alex had all decided to go to a concert. Not just any concert.
A DEATH-METAL concert. Like a sucker, I was peer pressured into going. When to got to the show, I heard the screams of the generic Death metal genre. It was like music to my ears... oh wait it wasnt, I meant to say it was like someone was repeatedly stapping a sharp piece of glass in my ears.
The first band looked like it had familier faces. I didn't expect to see anyone I knew at this sort of concert, but to my surprise I knew most of the band members up on stage. In fact this was the same band that started back in my high school. Wow! I can't believe these guys are still around! it's been a while since I've seen these guys, but with a band name like, "MANDITORY DEATH" it was pretty hard to remove from your memory...
Actually I do have to admit, although the music isn't my cup of tea, the band was pretty tight. I give them 4 out of 5 skulls with pentagrams on the foreheads.
The next band went by the name of 'SUICIETY'. I think this was by far the best of the bands I saw that night. NOT because they were any good... but I had a good time laughing at them. You could sense that the band members still lived in their parents basement and played D&D.

Yeah, so the concert was sort of like that when they got on the stage. and the lead singer would normally introduce a song with some of his old english and juvenille stories of monsters and demons. I don't know how sober the rest of the crowd was, but I never had a sip of alcohol, and found it down-right hilarious. Such quotes as " Enter ye yon dungeon of Icy DARKNESS!" and "Can you feel the dark Shadow of evil...?!"
The material was so good, I went to the bartender to ask if she had a pencil and paper so I could write about it later!

Anyways as the bands went on, the age of the bandmembers got progressively older. Unfortunately they weren't as interesting as the first 2 bands. But that was my Friday.

Was I happy that there was no jamming at St. Andrews? No.

Did I enjoy the music being played at the concert? Not really.

Did I at least enjoy myself? HECK YES, it was very ammusing watching alex even and mike mosh around and listen to music that makes me feel a lot better about the music I make.

Nothing else happened on the weekend besides jamming on Sunday with Matt.
But on Monday morning I got the bad news of my car being broken into! Yeah! thats right, the 'lude was broken into! devastating, i know. I was shocked. What was even worse was that my cds were stolen and...
MY GUITAR! my axe! they took my axe! what a terrible thing to do!

They also took my faceplate... yeah just the faceplate, without the deck. Weird.

BUT this was basically my fault to begin with though, anybody who's driven with me knows I don't normally lock my doors unless im in the wrong neighborhood. In this case, wasn't really in the wrong part of town, I was parked on my Driveway! Well I guess I'll have to be more cautious with my stuff.
Anyways, I went to the police station with my dad, and reported the theft. They had told us that they already recovered all my stuff! wow, apparently the theives were trying to sell it off at a pawn shop....including the faceplate (a little suspicous, i would say). so it was reported to the station.

So 4 hours after I found my stuff was stolen, i had it back in my room. That was interesting.

That about sums up the past few days. Oh I did, however finish the Goblet of Fire lastnight at 3 am. I am so pumped about the order of the phoenix! Actually i read the first 80 pages and its already blowing my mind!

Anyways I'm going to kick it old school... I mean, im going to go eat supper .

Hermit Girish

Well this is the 3rd day in a row that I've done absolutely nothing. All I've been really doing is playing Kingdom Hearts II or reading Harry Potter: Golblet of Fire. I feel like I should get out and get some human contact. I think I'm turning into a hermit....
I haven't seen the sun in so long...

Well thats my life as of the past 3 days... nothing else is really new, other than I'm attempting to grow a mustache. YES, a mustache. Why, you ask? Ha, thats a silly question... with a serious answer:

CHUCK NORRIS.

Enough said.
